MMI Dining Systems is looking for a Director of Business Development.  We are a regional contract foodservice company that has roots reaching back over 65 years in the hospitality industry.  This position is a key member of the MMI Leadership team and helps promote MMI Dining Systems.  "Guest First" concept is our number one goal of demonstrating that MMI believes that customer satisfaction comes first.  

If you have five (5) years of contract foodservice experience in sales, finance or operations and at least three (3) years of working with Senior Management in aligning sales strategies along with one year of experience in contract negations, this could be the job for you.  

As MMI's top salesperson, you must have a passion for selling MMI Dining Systems.  Additional responsibilities include developing relationships with potential customers, closing deals, establishing sales goals and gross margin projections, coordinating regional sales efforts and overseeing the sales team.  The position also requires someone who is proficient in social media marketing campaigns.
