MMI Dining Systems is looking for a Chef for a 180 bed skilled nursing facility in Oxford, MS.  The Chef is an important part of the operations and will work under the supervision of the Food Service Manager.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, MMI Dining Systems at Oxford Health and Rehab has an opportunity that could be for you.   As the Chef, you will be responsible for providing guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food is cooked properly and timely.  If you are able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and are dedicated to providing an outstanding dining experience for our students, faculty guest, this could be the job for you!

The Chef is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly by managing other members of the food preparation team, deciding what dishes to serve, along with ordering and inventory control.
