Cashier/ Food Service Worker - University Christian School

MMI Dining Systems is looking for a Cashier at University Christian School. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to work, but still have weekends free. In this position, you will have a high level of interaction with students and facility so southern hospitality and friendliness is a must.
The ideal candidate will be able to stand for long periods of time and have at least one (1) year of experience working as a cashier in a fast-paced environment and has the required math skills to make correct change without having overages or shortages. Additional responsibilities will include stocking and helping as needed to ensure that students are served.
- Clean serving counters, tables, chairs, food containers and other equipment.
- Operate dishwasher and wash trays, plates, utensils, and other serving equipment.
- Assist in setting up food preparation lines.
- Heat, set up, sell, and serve food to students and faculty.
- Clean and store kitchen equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of food, involving such activities as preparing
sandwiches, salads, and preparing fruits and vegetables.
- Act as cashier, including counting cash receipts.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
