MMI Dining Systems is looking for a Short Order Cook for the outlet dining facility at Alabama School of math and Science in Mobile, AL.  The ideal candidate will have at least one (2) year of experience in commercial cooking along with knowledge of managerial duties such as ordering, inventory, scheduling; be able to work occasionally as a cashier; have patience and enjoy working in a collegiate atmosphere.
