MMI Dining Systems is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for our account Blue Mountain College in Blue Mountain, MS.  The Kitchen Supervisor is an important part of the operations and will work under the supervision of the Food Service Manager.  If you have experience in planning, directing, coordinating and supervising Food Service activities for a managed care facility, this could be the job for you!  The ideal candidate will have two (2) or more years experience in procurement, receiving, storage, preparation, catering menu planning and overall kitchen management.
