MMI Dining Systems has an opening for a Food Service Manager position at our Tipton Rosemark Academy in Rosemark ,TN.  This position is ideal for someone who needs to have a school days schedule.   The Food Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the menu planning, production and serving of meals.

If hospitality is in your DNA and you have experience in working in management foodservice and understand that a quality food service operation includes purchasing, budgeting, cost controls along with maintaining a staff that functions in a friendly and efficient manner this could be the job for you!

The individual must have thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and student/factuality interaction. Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
