MMI Dining Systems at Presbyterian Christian School is looking for a Lead Cook/Kitchen Supervisor.  This is a hands-on daily production position.  This position is responsible for preparing morning break items and the classics lunch along with leading other’s in their production duties, supervises the team in facility sanitation, and assists the food service director with ordering and inventory control.

Successful candidate will project an upbeat positive attitude, have bulk cooking experience, be able to thrive in a fast paced environment while standing for long periods of time and have excellent communication skills. This position follows the PCS School schedule.  Typical days start between 7-8 am and finish about 2.  It is an hourly full time position.
