John is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. His career in the food service industry spans almost 30 years both food distribution with Sysco Jackson and contract food service management with Valley Services, Inc./Elior. John’s expertise is in distributor contracts, equipment purchasing and manufacturer contracts. John and his wife have two children and they reside in Brandon, MS.
During his career his favorite part of the food service industry is that the business is constantly changing and because of this, there is never a dull moment.
