Training

Sanitation and safety are of the utmost importance to MMI Dining. Each new employee will receive basic sanitation and food-safety training and most—including all supervisors—will be required to successfully complete the “ServSafe” food handling certification course. In addition, MMI Dining will maintain a record of validation documenting the employee’s understanding and comprehension of material as measured by posttest.
