MMI Dining Systems has an opening for a Cafeteria Manager position at our Vicksburg Catholic School account.  This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ensuring children receive a tasty and nutritional meal.  The Cafeteria Manager is responsible for all aspects of running the operation including overseeing the menu planning, production and serving of meals.

If hospitality is in your DNA and you have at least two (2) years’ experience in working in foodservice management and understand that a quality food service operation includes purchasing, budgeting, cost controls along with maintaining a staff that functions in a friendly and efficient manner this could be the job for you!

The individual must have thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and student/factuality interaction. Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
